OnCall-Care.® partnered with National Medical Homecare of Healthcare Association (NMHHA.®) which is licensed by the State of Georgia Healthcare Facility Regulation (HFR), a division of the Department of Community Health (DCH). This Association provides quality HomeCareOnCall.® to other State Registered Owners and Agencies with professional accountability for care planning, treatment and service assessments provided by monitoring nurse supervisions, locations, daily plan of care charting, nutritious meal planning, including evaluating performance outcomes, and continuous care with hourly check-up supervisions for concerns of each client.

We are always here if you need us, even if it is simply to answer a question. We regularly follow up with you to assess our service effectiveness and to change your personalized plan if needed. Our goal is simple: To provide innovative in-home care that enables you to remain in familiar surroundings with as little disruption as possible to your family life. We also want you to continue being independent and offer an alternative to a skilled nursing care facility. Our company also wants to provide employment to trained individuals.
ONCALL-CARE.® Service Promise
OnCallCare®. is licensed by the State of Georgia Healthcare Facility Regulation (HFR), a Division of the Department of Community Health (DCH). The Agency offers innovative home services; to enable any individual to aged remain in a familiar safe surrounding with less disruption living a normal family life; to enable the injured, the weak and sick, the outpatient or aged in maintaining independence. Often, patients and their families choose to receive medical care in the comfort of their home. It’s a familiar alternative to the fast-paced hospital, nursing home, or assisted living communities. The OnCall-Care®. medical team delivers quality personal support, implementing programs and services to provide comprehensive, quality at home, and caregiver services. OnCall-Care®. addresses the client’s unique psychological, self-esteem, and self-actualization needs in a client’s detailed home service assessment and client care plan. OnCall-Care®. serves as a supervised resource for careful monitoring, evaluating, and dispatching performance outcomes continuous when observation measures are required for each client/patient’s condition improves. The Agency provides extensive training protocols until proficient, toward certified, national certified, and licensed accountability for all medical healthcare staff, paraprofessionals, and offers of patient education for the client or caregiver applicants. The OnCall-Care®. understands the uncompromising levels that other health care medical professionals have no initial care to trust when left along with you or a loved one. OnCall-Care® values your comfort, opinions, wellness, and nutritional care.
OnCall-Care.® Service Code of Ethics:
- to respect and uphold the values of FirstNHomeCare, PMH, L.L.C. Agency and all other policies and procedures.
- to keep and safeguard a client’s basic rights which include: privacy and confidentiality of individual support.
- to look after the physical, emotional, spiritual, social aspects, and safety protocols for all needs of client care.
- to interact in a positive and honest manner of all behavior intent toward client care.
- to respect human dignity by displaying respect, empathy, understanding, love, and compassion.
- to be loyal and faithful with full focus on the client care process and supervision of health image observation.
- to absolutely avoid discriminatory and/or judgmental behavior; any intent to harm, cause danger, or with comments of the client
- to do no harm, either intentional or on purpose to ignore or abandon or perform proper emergency response.
- to provide behavior that are acts of endorsements of confidence, good faith of reverence to each client wellbeing, consideration, and concerns for care, while in front of medical staff, family members, professionals, and in the public.
- to comply with all legalities imposed by state, federal and municipal regulations of all locations residing or provide service.
- to maintain and respect professional and client confidence while at residence or performance of procedures toward any home care.
- to avoid participating in taking photos, spreading gossip and/or any form of bullying of the client by avoiding unscrupulous behaviors.
- to be personally responsible and professionally honest, with the client belongings, provide handling of care while permitted to touch items while providing light housekeeping, transportations, and while on outings or doing errands at all times.
- to be honest and accurate in all documentation, reporting, charting, and vital signs with family members, and to the physician or any medical professionals at all times. including: dispensing accurate medications, history information, and all other relative matters.
- to avoid situations which could be perceived as “conflicts of interests” for personal gain, this will not be tolerated by any excuse.
- to treat colleagues with respect and dignity, and never asking or accepting begging or borrowing attempts
- to avoid harassment, racial or bullying behavior of any kind
- to practice good hygiene, grooming and health habits, and moral ethics.
- to show a positive on-the-job attitude.
Rates and Insurance
We offer understanding rates for your care needs at home. We accept Private Pay, Medicare, Medicaid, Private Health Insurance, Charitable Care, Veterans, and Short-Term to Long-Term Care Insurance.
Our rates are based on the type of health assistance service needed for the best client care plan, when it is provided, and where it is delivered. OnCall-Care®. medical and non-medical assessments are free. All of our free assessments, payment claim, covered to uncovered costs are determined and discussed with you before a commitment is made. We are available from a few hours a day to round-the-clock care. We accept most major insurance providers, including Medicare and Medicaid. For out-of-network patients, our staff negotiates lower rates.

OnCall-Care.® Screening and Placement
All of our potential clients, professional servicemen, and medical paraprofessional staff members through employment or by independent contract are screened, and their needs evaluated to be considered for placement. We provide services to those who are in need and are eligible after a complete assessment of home care or home service needs. A Care of Client is approved through severe, moderate, or mild individual home assistance care priority needs. Care of Clients are accepted under the direction of a physician, family caregiver, or plan registered nurse, or a hospital physician in forms of patient discharge care at home.
